COVID-19 UPDATE

FX BUSINESs Solutions have a COVID-19 Safety Plan and are committed to keeping our staff, customers and you safe.

During these unprecedented times, we are committed to maintaining the level of support and service our customers have come to expect. We are currently continuing with business as [almost] usual whilst following strict hygiene practices.

Contactless Consumable Deliveries

All consumable orders delivered directly to customers will be provided as per usual. Contactless delivery will be provided where possible.

Technician Service Calls

All Technician Service Calls are continuing as usual at this time and are recorded in our system. Technicians are following the most recent NSW Government regulations while attending customers' premises. Including wearing face masks, following social distancing, and practising increased personal hygiene. Cleaning measures are being adhered to by our workforce at all times.

Account Manager Meetings

All Account Manager meetings are continuing as usual at this time and are recorded in our system. Social distancing, mask-wearing, and increased hygiene and cleaning measures are being adhered to by our workforce at all times.

Automated Consumable Ordering & Meter Readings

We continue to supply FMAudit software to our customers free of charge. FMAudit is used to monitor the consumable status and meter readings of your managed device. Reducing the need for emergency consumable collections.

Visiting our Office?

Emergency contactless collection of consumables is currently still available for all customers from our office at 25 Castle Street, North Parramatta. Please call (02) 8917 1700 prior to attending our office and your parcel will be awaiting collection upon your arrival. Your parcel will be waiting for you clearly marked at the front door.

If you need to enter our office we have a Service NSW QR code for sign-in, we ask all visitors to follow the instructions on the front door so we can continue to provide timely and safe service to all visitors.

Information collected on our Contact Register will be kept confidential and not be shared or used for any other purpose other than in cooperation with NSW Health if we are contacted in relation to a positive case of COVID-19.

It is important for us to continue to provide our regular service during this time. Please help us to manage the risks to the health and safety of our staff and customers by following all advice from the Department of Health and NSW Government.
